3. Gather elbows in front of body before penetrating in order to seasl the net.
4. Be smart (have a good idea where the ball is most likely to go bere the ball is set. Take one step in that direction and be leaning that way. React to everything else.
1. Start facing the passer/ball, end facing where you want the ball to go (squaring up)
2. Hands up early, hands should be molded in the shape of a volleyball and above forehead.
3. Follow through with varied angles and speeds to achieve different location/tempo sets (high follow through for high set, forward follow through for fast set)
4. Speed of set- Use fast setting motion to set the ball farther and a slower setting motion for closer sets
