Every Achieve team will have a "Team Parent". The Team Parent for each team plays a vital role in our clubs success. They serve as a conduit for information flow between the team, the coach, and the club director. Team parents report team concerns to the Coach and Coaches forward concerns to the club director. In addition to helping facilitate communication the team parent's responsibilities include:
Team Page (roster/contact info and snack assignments) - All players/parents will be sent a link to their team's google doc page. Google Docs is a Web-based service that allows users to create and edit documents online while collaborating in real-time with other users. Please check to make sure everyone completes this document with regard to contact info and snack assignments.
Parent Meeting - After the general parent meeting on the first day of practice, parents will breakout into individual team parent meetings for each team. If there is not yet a team parent, the parents will nominate at least two possible candidates and parents will cast votes by writing their vote on a piece of paper. At this meeting the team parent must collect all paperwork (medical, waiver, payment contract, chaperone form(team parent), background consent(team parent).
Picture Day: Attend and assist

Washing Uniforms - For multi-day tournaments, distribute and collect jerseys after each day and wash as needed.
