These are the Events department’s deadlines – regions may impose an earlier deadline for processing entry materials.


Note: Teams who qualify at a National Qualifier will have 10 business days after the Qualifier to submit entry forms and checks to USA Volleyball. They will mail these directly to us.
USA Volleyball will only be collecting entries and checks from the Regions of the teams that qualify in the region. We will not be collecting all entries and checks like we have done in past years. We are asking that you make sure that all of your teams are entered into AES prior to your Region Qualifier and that you send us your checks and entries by the Wednesday following your Bid Tournament.
